How do I contact Pink Butterfly?

I've placed an order online, but I have a question about my order / I have a question which I need answering before I place my order through the website. How do I get in touch?

You can either email us at emma@thejewellerymakers.co.uk or give us a ring on 07553 441335. Please note that our office opening hours are usual school hours excluding bank holidays. If we don’t respond straight away please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.

I've called and left a message/emailed but nobody's got back to me yet. When can I expect a reply?

Our office opening hours are usual school hours excluding bank holidays. If you're calling outside of those times, please leave us a voicemail and we'll get back to you at the first opportunity. If you email us, we'll also get back to you as soon as we can.

How long will my jewellery order take?

Usually we aim to get your order to you the same day of the following week, or sooner.

Can I personalise an item at a later date?

This depends on the item. Please contact us to chat with us and we will be able to answer your queries.

Can I return/exchange my item?

Can I cancel an order?

Can I have my jewellery item made in 9ct or 18ct gold?

Yes of course you can! Please contact us for a quotation.

My item has not arrived on time, what should I do?

Please give us a call. Everything is sent out by signed for or Special Delivery and we will be able to track your order.

I have ordered the incorrect sized ring, chain or bangle, can these be altered?

Yes, although we have to charge £15 for alterations. Please note: Some items are impossible to resize. If in doubt, please give us a call.

I need an item urgently, what can I do?

If we are able to create your order faster then we will, please get in touch and we will let you know what we can do.

The grey finish has worn off my item, can it be re-applied?

Yes, we offer a re-finishing service free of charge. Please get in touch regarding this.

Can I add another personalised ring/tag to my necklace?

Yes! Please get in touch if you would like us to attach it for you, or to re-finish an existing item which you are adding to. You can also order additional rings / tags yourself via the necklace section and 'All about You' section.

How do you recommend I care for my silver jewellery?

Silver should be stored away from light and heat to keep it looking its best.

Any build up or tarnish is easily cleaned via one of the following methods:

A wash with an old toothbrush and some soap

A rub with a 'Silver Cloth' which is impregnated with polish

A quick (10 seconds) dip in 'Goddards Silver Dip', followed by a thorough wash in hot water with soap, using an old toothbrush and a dry with a soft cloth.

We do not recommend creams as they get stuck in the lettering!

My silver item has begun to tarnish, what can I do?

Silver will tarnish over time and can discolour if it comes into contact with chemicals or even react to acid in perfume and some beauty products. We recommend you put your jewellery on last when you are getting ready to go out!
