You won't need any specialist tools but just things you will probably have in your garage or shed.
1 or 2 wooden spoons or something with a round profile handle of a similar size
A rolling pin or something with a similar diameter (ex. a slim jar or an empty beer bottle)
A empty (round) jam jar or something with a similar diameter (ex. a wine bottle or large pepper grinder)
A pair of pliers
Wire cutters (some pliers have a cutting section near the hinge!)
A surface to hammer on (ex. a wooden chopping board or old piece of wood from the shed)
75cm of copper wire (approx 1.2-1.8mm diameter) if you don't have any we can sell you some and post it.

Alternatively you can purchase the wire and tutorial as a gift for someone else, it’s a great gift for someone who enjoys working with their hands, and doesn’t mind getting them dirty! This tutorial is suitable for complete beginners or as a refresher.
