Wave Scrabble Tile Pendant and Tiny Tin by Leigh Shepherd
A contemporary style pendant created from an upcycled vintage Scrabble tile with a matching teeny tiny tin.
This pendant has been handmade with Chiyogami paper, this is a Japanese paper traditionally used in bookbinding and art pieces. The design is inspired by ocean waves, a theme which runs throughout Japanese art.
Created with an upcycled wooden vintage Scrabble tile, the pendant is lightweight and very easy to wear. It hangs from a sterling silver bead necklace.
A rich glossy resin is used to finish the piece, this protects the paper and gives a beautiful shine.
This jewellery is handmade in Haworth, West Yorkshire.
A brooch and earrings are also available in this design.
