A gorgeous silver bracelet with a personalised ring and toggle clasp, stamped with teeny tiny text, on an unusual striking multi-link chain.

This personalised silver bracelet makes a special gift. The ring and toggle clasp is handmade in solid silver and stamped with tiny 1mm letters, for you to create a personal piece with an important secret message or sentiment. You can have a message on the ring and the toggle. The chain is a multilink chain made up of many round links, creating a decorative and unusual chain with lovely movement, which sits beautifully on the wrist.

You can fit up to approximately 6/7 words (30 characters to be exact) onto the ring (including spaces) and 20 characters on the toggle (including spaces). Please do get in touch with any queries if you are unsure what will work and we will happily advise you.

Each letter is stamped by hand and so there are slight irregularities in the alignment and depth of the letters, which are part of the charm and handmade nature of the piece. We do not aim for perfection, we aim for a quirky kooky handmade look, stamping is a very different technique from engraving. The stamping is in uppercase and can be either letters or numbers but unfortunately not grammatical characters, except full stops (.) and ampersand (&)

The lettering is very small (tiny text) and can be read up close which means your message can contain a private sentiment.

The ring and toggle are also attached together with a fine safety chain for added peace of mind when wearing. It is important to get the fit right for the bracelet to feel secure.

 

 

Dimensions

The toggle, ring and beads are made from 2 x 2mm wire, the ring is approx 2cm diameter. Toggle is 4cm in length. Beads are approx 1cm across. The chain links are approx 3mm in size.

To size, measure your wrist at the narrowest point, we will add a little for comfort, it is important to get the sizing right to ensure your piece is secure. If you are buying a surprise gift we recommend measuring a watch strap with a tailors measuring tape to find out the correct size.

We package everything in our stylish, grey, environmentally friendly, cardboard boxes, with a tasteful gift label attached. We are happy to wrap for free - just ask; we use generic feminine paper with matching curling ribbon, but let us know if you would like something different from that. If you like we can send it straight to your gift recipient, please let us know and we can pop in a message for you too.

Care

Silver should be stored away from light and heat to keep it looking its best. Silver will tarnish over time and can discolour if it comes into contact with chemicals or even react to acid in perfume and some beauty products. We recommend you put your jewellery on last when you are getting ready to go out and take it off for sleeping, washing and swimming, to keep it in tip top condition. Any build up or tarnish is easily cleaned via one of the following methods: A good old fashioned wash with an old toothbrush and some soap (take care with any leather products not to scrub too hard); a rub with a 'Goddards Silver Cloth' which is impregnated with polish; a quick (10 seconds) dip in 'Goddards Silver Dip', followed by a quick dip in hot water and a brush with soap, using an old toothbrush, then buffed dry with a soft cloth. We do not recommend creams as they get stuck in the lettering.
